Please note we have some variables for you to consider.

Most folks will be attending the complete program. However, some folks have requested to just attend the Prague Alchemy and Plant medicines, while others will meet us in Brno to attend the Advanced Energy Systems seminar.

We have created exceptional early booking discounts to attend this event, with the emphasis on booking, securing and paying first for your accommodation.

Event Schedule

Saturday, August 31st - Arrival in Prague

It is highly recommended you arrive into Prague on August 31st, settle in and rest. Prague is a walking township - with lots to see.

Sunday, September 1st - Group Activities Begin

Be ready to join the group at 1pm on 1st September at the old town clock in the main square of Prague - all the roads lead here. Eva and Roger will take you on a walking tour, that leads up to our location to begin the Alchemy of Prague, The Donkey and Cradle  and the Alchemist museum.

If you are late - or just arrived that day - join us here at 7pm:  Jansky vrsek 8, Prague, 11800  (in the foothills of the Prague Castle), it is the same location as the www.moo-apartments.com, Donkey and Cradle bar and the Alchemist Museum.

A GPS phone map and/or taxi will easily find this location, or text Roger if you need help.

Friday, September 6th - Arrival in Brno

The exact location for this event is The Old Town Hall in central Brno, Radnicka street. (Stará radnice).

Tuesday, September 10th - Departure

Our event finishes on the morning of September 10th

You have the option of staying on in Brno (lots to see and do). You could catch the train back to Prague - stay one night and return to your destination the next day- or fly out that same day/evening. Trains from Brno to Prague take approx. 3 hours.

You can fly out from Vienna- which is only 2 hours away using a very good regular bus service. Why not stay in Vienna for an extra night or 2 if you have never been there!

The choice is yours. Happy adventures! The summer in Europe is waiting for you!

ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotels in Prague, Cesky Krumlov and Brno have very good pricing, with rooms starting at $60-$120 per night, if booked early

Prague:

Please book your own accommodation for Prague. We can assist and have some discounted rates at the below hotels. Otherwise any hotels in Prague 1 area around the castle will be ideal (walking distance to venue).  All locations are easy to get to from the Prague airport via taxi service for approx. $35 USD. The address of our Alchemy of Prague workshop venue is Jansky vrsek 8, Prague 1

Cesky Krumlov (2 nights) & Brno (4 nights)

In Cesky Krumlov we book this hotel for you - we are aiming to all stay in the same hotel. In Brno you will have some options to stay in a range of hotels close by our teaching venue.

Cesky Krumlov Notes:

If this hotel gets booked out, and you are late booking, it will be necessary to book into another hotel close by. We will help you with this. Cesky Krumlov is a very popular place to be in summer and hotels get booked out quickly. Price is quoted as per person per night.

Brno Notes:

We can book single, twin and double rooms based on availability. Contact us for a list of hotels in Brno that are very close to our venue. We will help with accommodation bookings. If you do not need hotel accommodation while in Brno - or are organising it yourself let us know.

Accommodation pricing, single/double, sharing etc

We do not add any extra fees onto the Cesky Krumov accommodation price- it is exactly what the hotel is charging us, however we do adjust / exchange it into USD (some variable might happen based on time of booking - however the exchange rate is very stable)

·  You can book a single room (in Brno and Cesky Krumlov)

·  You can book a double room for a couple

·  We can help to match you up with another attendee to share a twin room where necessary and when available. We help with this process.

Transport

From Prague to Cesky to Brno - our private coach is part of your package.

We do not provide transport to and from your airport connections. We do not get involved with booking flights into Prague from your overseas destination, which is easily done with online booking formats such as Kayak and Skyscanner etc. Don't leave booking to the last minute- summer time in Europe is a popular destination.

Meals

Below is an outline of which meals are catered for and which are not.

For example: 

·  Lunches during the workshop hours are not catered for because some folks like an apple and a walk/fresh air and others like a 4-course meal! There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from. 

·  Our introduction party on the first night is catered for with, please buy your own drinks. 

·  Our Cesky Krumlov medieval costume party is catered for and you can select that as part of your package (highly recommended). 

·  The 1-2 days we have on the road traveling - lunch you can buy at cafes along the way- or take some snacks and water with you. 

·  Our arrival into Brno on the first evening, the introduction dinner and party is catered for and part of your package. 

·  The very last night in Brno, is not catered for- we will go out (if you wish to join us) to a selected restaurant and night club to dance the night away. 

·  Our Advanced Energy seminar in Brno - lunches you pay directly to the counter. 

·  You will have the option to attend the Prague River Jazz Cruise dinner and party (highly recommended) 

WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS

These are priced separately - as mentioned some folks will join us just for the Prague or Brno events. The majority of folks are doing the complete 10 days.

Our very knowledgeable tour guide and facilitator, Eva Lenova, is with us all the way and part of your package.

If you wish to enter into various castles, museums and other locations, you will need to pay your own entrance fees.

Tuition, guided tours, selected dinner parties, coach all for $200 per day if booked/paid by 30th July 2024. This is an exceptional deal - if you search the internet - folks pay $250 per day for your average 6 hour guided tour!

Save $700 when you have booked either a deposit or full payment by 30th July.

The complete basic 10 day package is $2,000 - and with hotels add approximately $1,000 and with parties extra add $185

Meals in restaurants are very good prices in Czech Republic - it is NOT an expensive country to eat and travel. You can get excellent meals for $15 USD and the wine and beer are very good prices

If you are just attending the Prague event the fee is $750

If you are just attending the Brno event the fee is $750

Payment options

We would prefer a bank transfer to our NYC based bank in USD or in GBP to our London based bank. Details given on your invoice/receipt compiled by our office and sent via email. Other options are payment by credit card, visa and MC with a 2.5 % processing charge added to total. Remember: you pay directly to the Prague and Brno hotel you have selected and we collect the payment for the Cesky Krumlov hotel.

Cancellations: If cancelling a hotel- email them directly your cancellation- most will refund within a certain time frame. If you need to cancel the Alchemy of Prague event a $500 processing fee is applied to refund up to 1st August 2024. After 1st August a $600 processing fee with refund is applied.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer or by credit card with a 2.5% processing fee.

Attendees may pay the full amount before 30th July OR pay a $600 deposit before 30th July - with full payment by 15th August.
