Winter Medicine 101 (Lecture + Open House)

Learn how to nourish and protect your health during the winter months to foster dynamic, radiant, resilient health.

Wednesday, 13 December 7pm GMT / 2pm EST

“He who would nourish life surely follows the changes of the four seasons.” – Nei Jing

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches the importance of preventive health care and that even the healthiest person needs a "tune-up" with the change of the seasons. Aligning to the unique energy of each phase is key in cultivating adaptable and resilient health all year round.

During this workshop, we will explore holistic strategies to build our deep energy reserves for the coldest months. We will discuss specific foods, Daoist herbs, and practical techniques to tonify our Water Element and vital Kidney Jing essence.

This event will be led by our AHN Instructor, Herbalist & Health Coach Inga Bylinkina, alongside AHN Co-Found Patricia Lopez, who will also share key details about joining our holistic health coaching program.

You will learn:

  • How to support your Kidney health and charge your internal batteries

  • Strategies to protect your immune system from the seasonal thieves of wintertime

  • A seasonal approach to Food as Medicine and holistic cooking

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about our Global Holistic Health Coaching Certificate Course starting January 2024.
