Beloved AHN faculty members; ordained Taoist priest and renowned chef, Nam Singh-Tao visits us from San Francisco, Holistic Health Pioneer and AHN Founder Roger Green is flying in from Australia, and TCM Herbalist, Practitioner, and author Letha Hadady will be visiting from New York City to host a unique exploration of London's Chinatown.
During this dynamic walking tour, Nam, Roger, and Letha will demystify Chinese herbs and lesser known vegetables, and show us where we can source all we need to cook the most nourishing and healing dishes and sauces, including those that support us as we transition into the new season.

Nam Singh-Tao Shi an Ordained Taoist Priest of the Dragon Tiger Mountain School, O.M.D., N.C. (Nutritional Consultant), is a practitioner of all eight limbs of Chinese Medicine: Meditation, Exercise, Diet, Herbology, Astrology, Feng Shui, Massage, Acupuncture and Moxabustion. A graduate of the Tai Pei Institute of Traditional Pharmacology and Acupuncture, a graduate of Wei Chuan’s Culinary Educational Foundation, Taipei, R.O.C. Taiwan, as well as a chef specializing in Chinese medicinal cuisine.
Roger Green (AHN Founder) is a modern holistic health pioneer who has been mastering and teaching Eastern and Western healing techniques for over 4 decades and across 70 countries. After opening one of the first alternative healing clinics in Sydney in the 1970's, he went on to teaching holistic healing, TCM, and longevity science through his Academy Healing Nutrition. Mr. Green is also actively involved in the development of different technologies for natural healing, longevity research, and renewable energy.
Letha Hadady, M.S., D.Ac. learned about the healing power of herbs in her Hungarian grandmother’s garden in New Mexico. She studied psychology and music in Paris and was trained in traditional Chinese medicine in the U.S. and Shanghai and Ayurveda in India and the U.S. with Dr. Vasant Lad. She has studied Tibetan health and wellness practices with Drs. Yeshi Donden, Sogyal Rinpoche, and with HH the Dalai Lama.
