AHN will challenge what you think you know about nutrition and open your mind to a whole new school of thought. You will learn to reconnect your mind - body - spirit. I think about this today and wonder how I could’ve ever seen these as three separate entities. The moment I started to draw connections was the moment where things started to make sense and click both internally and externally. I am profoundly grateful to AHN for showing me the way.
