We enter the portal of Spring with this equinox when the energy of the Wood element is most pronounced. Each season is an opportunity for us to explore an element of nature and how it relates and corresponds to the various aspects of our being - physical, emotional, and spiritual. Each element activates specific functions in our body and processes in our psyche that serve as guiding posts on a healing journey.
Spring is the season of regeneration. As the natural world reawakens and sap rises again within the trees, so does the energy of Wood move upwards within us, seeking to clear out the stagnancy of winter, to move, to grow. In this fascinating lecture by AHN faculty member Inga Bylinkina, we will be guided in understanding Spring’s wisdom, finding harmony and inner alignment through this particular phase of nature.
