Inspired by Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and cultures of longevity from around the world, our unique course features dynamic learning experiences that transcend the limitations of online learning. Through remote cookalongs, live lectures, and a holistic curriculum which includes bodywork and mindfulness practices––we find ways to make the learning come alive whilst connecting learners and teachers from around the world.
Food is a powerful vehicle for transformation. What we put into our bodies has a direct impact on the quality – and longevity – of our lives. When we change our diet, we change everything. Food affects our ability to maintain a healthy weight, regulate our moods, prevent the loss of vital life force energy and recover from disease. A balanced diet promotes harmony in all aspects of our personal and professional lives, and therein lies the essence of a “food as medicine” approach to health.
